There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. One email address does the same job and keeps the message in your own sent items.

Email is answered faster. Post is included because a publisher should have an address you can write to.
What we can usefully help with
- Something in the course that is wrong, out of date, or contradicted by a source we link to. Tell us which page and which sentence and we will check it against the source.
- A step that does not make sense to a beginner. That is a fault in the writing, and it is the most useful message we get.
- Anything about how the site is funded, including a request to see where a particular link goes before you follow it.
- A privacy request. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line and we will reply within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with an account on any game. We do not run any game, cannot see any account, cannot reset a password, cannot issue a refund and cannot restore anything. Those requests have to go to the vendor's own support, which is reachable from the vendor's own site.
We also cannot advise on a particular household's situation. The course is general guidance, and a message asking which product to buy will get an honest answer saying that we are paid to link to one of them and are therefore not the right judge of that.
If something urgent has happened — money taken that nobody recognises, or a child contacted by someone they do not know — the people to contact are not us. Scamwatch takes scam reports, the eSafety Commissioner handles online safety reports, and your bank handles unauthorised charges.
What happens to your message
It arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store or process it outside Australia. It is read by people working for East European Media Service s.r.o. and is used only to reply to you.
It is not added to any list, because there is no list. We send no newsletter, no course reminders and no marketing of any kind, and there is nothing on this site that could subscribe you to anything.
Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they are needed for a legal claim, and are then deleted. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. You may write to us under any name you like, except where you are asking for access to or correction of information we hold, where we need enough detail to find it.
